For more than 65 years, Hanalani Schools has nurtured, challenged, and prepared students grades K3 to 12 for success in school and in life. A private Christian school located in Mililani Town on the island of Oahu, the school focuses on enriching the whole child by offering high-quality programs grounded in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math), critical skills, and Christian character.

Hanalani Schools is a private, coeducational, Christian school that serves preschool through 12th grade students. Located in beautiful Mililani on the island of Oahu, Hanalani welcomes international students to its “ohana,” or family. We have a diverse student body that has included students from Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, Germany, and other countries.

Hanalani offers innovative programs in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math). We are known for our Applied Engineering program, and our students are league champions in math and regional and international robotics. We emphasize core knowledge, critical thinking, and Christian character; and we inspire creative problem solving through real-world, project-based learning. College Preparatory Curriculum

As a university preparatory school, Hanalani promotes academic and personal excellence. As a distinctively Christian school, our students establish a Christian worldview, Christian character, and 21st Century Skills to be effective community leaders. With diligence, determination, and self-discipline, students are given the tools to be successful as they pursue their dreams and future. Beyond the 21st Century Skills and core classes, our students have vast opportunities in co-curricular activities and STEAM-focused courses.

(STEAM) Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math

Hanalani Schools offers quality STEAM focused classes that cover the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. Not only are our students getting real world experience in design and engineering, but an expanding fine arts program allows students to express talent in music, studio art, or drama.

Digital Citizenship

Hanalani is proud to offer a safe digital learning environment where students can develop real world skills through technology and digital citizenship. Our goal is to train students in the use of technology in a digital world and to encourage responsible decision making. Our campus is fully wired and teachers use a range of technologies including online course management systems, smart boards, and e-textbooks.

Upper School (Grades 7 - 12)

Our Upper School Program promotes academic and personal excellence, self-discipline, and leadership. To prepare for college, students receive academic counseling, college advising, and university scholarship assistance.

Summer Programs
